Introduction

Healthcare leaders face tighter budgets, payment reform, workforce shortages and increased demand. Strategy, value measurement and system resilience now determine whether care is sustainable and equitable. This five-day program focuses on practical tools, real case studies and structured workshops. You will leave with a actionable plan to pilot in your organization.

Objectives

1. Draft a three-year strategic plan that links service lines to value-based metrics and financial targets.
2. Design a pilot value-based contract with defined patient cohorts, outcome measures and risk controls.
3. Create operational resilience interventions, including surge staffing models, supply continuity actions and clear recovery triggers.
4. Build a partnership roadmap to integrate clinical, social and community services for measurable population health gains.
5. Establish governance and performance dashboards that track clinical outcomes, total cost of care and equity indicators.
